We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Processor to manage and process payroll accurately and on time for our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and payroll systems, ensuring smooth payroll operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis for employees across the U.S.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits accurately
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Prepare and file payroll taxes, including federal and state tax filings
• Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle payroll runs
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
