Payroll Product Manager

The Payroll Product Manager is responsible for both the strategic and operational management of BPI’s payroll product within the Transaction Banking Group, with a strong focus on innovation to keep the product competitive, client‑focused, and aligned with regulatory standards. This role combines day‑to‑day management with a forward‑looking approach, continuously seeking ways to enhance the payroll product’s value, functionality, and relevance in the market. Working closely with other departments, the Payroll Product Manager leverages insights from client feedback, industry trends, and new technologies to drive improvements that deliver a superior payroll solution for B2B clients.
