Payroll sap support consultant

We are looking for a Payroll SAP Support Consultant to join our Corporate People & Culture team at Royalton Hotels & Resorts, responsible for providing specialized technical and functional support in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring the stability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of payroll processes in a multi-country environment. The Payroll SAP Support Consultant is responsible for :
Resolving L1 and L2 payroll-related incidents.
Analyzing and troubleshooting payroll calculation issues, retroactive processes, payroll closing, terminations, and payroll posting.
Following up on critical incidents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Validating payroll calculations in compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
Creating, maintaining, and configuring payroll elements (wage types).
Supporting system updates driven by legal changes or business requirements.
Monitoring and supporting integrations (Abrhil, banking, tax systems...
