Payroll Senior Analyst

Payroll Senior Analyst to own end-to-end payroll for one assigned South American country while setting the standard for governance, compliance, and control across all countries in the region. Ensure accurate, on-time payroll execution and maintain a robust control environment that meets local labor law, tax requirements, and SOX standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Country Payroll Operations – Assigned Country
• Manage full-cycle payroll: novelties reconciliation, retroactive adjustments, terminations, and year-end close.
• Validate payroll results, perform variance analysis, and approve payroll runs before submission.
• Prepare and validate bank payment files, funding requests, and reconcile paid vs. processed amounts.
• Prepare payroll accounting files with correct cost center and account allocation for month-end close.
