Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for payroll processing, payroll audits, system updates, document/file review, and verification that is required.
# General Responsibilities
+ Participates in processing the payroll with speed and accuracy
+ Audits employee record and reconciles totals by department / location / country etc.
+ Assists with policy interpretation to ensure appropriate amounts or deductions are calculated and applied to any necessary amounts
+ Participate in the verification of compliance to all local, state, and federal policies / laws and requirements
+ Assists with any internal audits, workers compensation situations, tax filing and other related documentation
# Experience / Qualifications
+ A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
+ Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrat...
