Payroll Specialist (Bilingual) – 6-Month

Our manufacturing client has an urgent requirement for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on managing full-cycle payroll within a unionized, multi-provincial environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced, and comfortable working with high-volume payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for a unionized workforce
• Manage multi-provincial payroll operations accurately and on time
• Utilize Kronos and Dayforce systems for payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and union agreements
• Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reporting

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with Kronos and Dayforce
• Experience managing unionized payroll environments
