Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for healthcare employees and reports directly to the Payroll Director. The role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and adherence to healthcare-related data privacy and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll end-to-end for hourly and salaried employees in a healthcare environment.
Review payroll adjustments, time records, and discrepancies to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Administer employee deductions, benefits, garnishments, and healthcare-related payroll components.
Work in direct interaction with employees in regards of payroll inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality and data privacy to provide timely resolution.
