Duration : 6 month engagement to Full time hire

Location : Hybrid in Sao Palo Brazil 3 days a week

Notice Period : Cannot be longer than 2 weeks

Pay : $6.27 / hr to $8.48 / hr USD or R$5206 to R$7042 per month

Regional Payroll Specialist

Must Haves

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting European countries (Spain, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Switzerland)
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance)
• Solid understanding of country‑specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across Latin America
• Experience processing and reviewing payroll with high accuracy and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Clear, professional communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
