Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Propelis' payroll in LATAM and act as a backup for Norht America's payroll coordinator.
• Process full cycle monthly and semi-monthly payrolls for 600+ employees in the Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru utilizing UKG, ADP Celergo and Global View systems within Managed payroll model.
• Liaise with the 3rd party payroll providers in the region, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensure prompt and accurate tax filing and payments as well as pension and other contributions to various agencies.
• Maintain tax and reporting compliance of the LATAM's payroll function.
• Assist the Payroll Manager with the Year End activities ensuring accuracy of tax forms.
• Develop comprehensive SOPs for all payroll-related processes for the region.
