Payroll Specialist

Salary: $65,000+ (flexible based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-office
ExecuSource is representing a well-established company seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and can manage payroll processes with accuracy and accountability.
Responsibilities
Process full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and on time 
Utilize ADP to process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bonus, and off-cycle payrolls 
Maintain compliance with payroll tax laws, garnishments, and deductions 
Respond to payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality 
Audit payroll reports, carrier feeds, calculations, and system data for accuracy
