Payroll Specialist for Us Company (Remote Position)

We are looking for a full-time payroll specialist for a US Company that provides restaurant accouinting services. This person must be very organized, detail oriented, reliable and must have an andvanced English level.
**Job responsabilities**:
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information from the customers.
- Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries.
- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software.
- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
- Mantaining positive relations with customers.
- Maintaining records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Preparing payroll reports for the customers.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s Degree on accounting, administration or simillar.
- Proven experience in doing payron for at least 2 years.
- Experience using Apex HCM is highly desirable.
- Advanced english both written and spoke.
