Payroll Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to support complex payroll operations for a large and dynamic workforce in Franklin, Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of U.S. payroll administration, including union construction environments, along with exposure to Canadian payroll practices. The role will focus on accuracy, compliance, and detailed payroll oversight across multiple pay scenarios, employee groups, and reporting obligations.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume employee population, ensuring timely and accurate pay administration across multiple states.
