Job Description

This Payroll Specialist role requires strong technical payroll expertise, advanced system knowledge, & a thorough understanding of South African labour & tax legislation. Accuracy, confidentiality, & the ability to meet strict deadlines are essential to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing - Full end-to-end payroll processing across multiple payrolls using Payspace (500 headcount growing rapidly within a high-volume environment)
  • Systems & Integration
  • Compliance
  • Reporting & Analysis

    • Requirements:


  • Minimum of4-5 years’ payroll processing experience, with proven expertise inPayspace, Payroll Moduleis essential.
  • Tertiary qualification & exposure to HR/ Finance in a Payroll
  • Demonstrated experience managing payroll in ahigh-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsare essential.

    • Salary package: Up to R50000 CTC
