Payroll & Tax Operations Specialist (12-Month Contract)

We are partnering with a leading multinational organisation to appoint a Payroll & Tax Operations Specialist to support employee tax administration and statutory submissions in Malaysia. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur, supporting a fast-paced HR and payroll function within a highly regulated global environment.

You will play a key role in managing employee tax registration activities and ensuring timely, accurate submissions to the Malaysian Inland Revenue Board (MIRB/LHDN).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the registration of employee income tax reference numbers through data submissions via the MIRB/LHDN e-Daftar portal
• Prepare and submit e-CP22 notifications for new employees on behalf of the organisation
• Prepare and submit e-CP22A notifications for employees ceasing employment in Malaysia
