**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Mérida, Yucatán**:Key Responsibilities: Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple entities and/or locations using PRISM- Maintain and audit payroll records, including timekeeping, bonuses, commissions, and deductions- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner- Generate payroll reports for management, finance, and external auditsCollaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency Handle wage garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information- Stay current with changes in payroll laws and best practicesQualifications:- 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environmentStrong experience with PRISM payroll software (preferred) Excellent knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations and compliance...
