Job Description


  • Experience: 1-3 years of payroll experience (Mexico and U.S.).

  • Systems Expertise: ADP Global View

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (including macros and data analysis).

  • Experience in multinational-global companies.

  • Bachelor's degree completed.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

  • Familiarity with other payroll systems.

  • Experience with SAP.

Overseeing the quality and accuracy of the end-to-end payroll processEnsuring compliance and timely execution.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • High energy, curiosity, and proactive attitude.

  • Ability to adapt to different processes.

  • Organized, structured, and resilient.

  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
