Payroll Specialist (US & Mexico) – Onsite
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll operations for both the United States and Mexico. This role requires strong knowledge of cross-border payroll processes, compliance, and systems, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for U.S. and Mexico employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage payroll using platforms such as Prism, Gusto, and OysterHR
Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. and Mexican payroll laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
Maintain payroll records, audits, and reconciliations
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure proper employee data, benefits, and deductions are applied
