Payroll Specialist (Onsite – Norman, OK)

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE


We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Norman. This role is 100% onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple entities, while also supporting benefits administration and general accounting functions.


Key Responsibilities

+ Process payroll for multiple companies, including weekly payroll cycles for smaller entities

+ Administer payroll systems, ensuring accuracy with wages, bonuses, and commission structures

+ Manage employee benefits, including:

+ COBRA administration

+ Monthly benefit billing and invoice payments

+ 401(k) uploads, audits, and reporting

+ Open enrollment coordination

+ Reconcile benefit billing and accounts receivable for subsidiary companies
