Payroll Specialist (North | Manufacturing MNC)

We are partnering with an established organisation within the manufacturing space to hire a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations. This role is suited for candidates who can start immediately and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Job:

• Manage full in-house payroll processing for a headcount of 200+ employees
• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycle, including data validation, salary computation, and disbursement
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and monthly summaries for internal stakeholders
• Administer statutory submissions and ensure compliance with CPF, IRAS regulations, and local labour laws
• Handle complex payroll components such as shift allowances, overtime, and variable payments
