Payroll Specialist- Payroll migration projects

Budget 15k, 1+1 Contract.

• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive payroll experience in multinational or shared service environments, with hands-on involvement in payroll migration projects.
• Experience managing payroll migration from multiple vendors to a single vendor across the APMEA region, covering 20+ countries (approximately 1 headcount supporting 10 countries).
• Preference for candidates with experience using SAP, SuccessFactors, and/or Workday.
• Open to candidates from consulting firms with exposure to payroll automation or transformation projects & Process improvement.
• Strong English communication skills required to support stakeholders across the APMEA region.

Work Arrangement

• Working Location: 1 Powerhouse (5-minute walk from Bandar Utama MRT station)
• Hybrid Working Model: 2 days work from home (WFH), 3 days work from office (WFO)
