Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a talented and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. You will play a key role in managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR operations.

Key Objective & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for approximately 400 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) are calculated and submitted accurately and within the stipulated deadlines.
• Prepare and submit all necessary payroll reports, including monthly payroll reports, statutory reports, and any ad-hoc reports required by management.
• Ensure all employee data related to payroll (e.g., salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, bank details, etc.) is updated accurately and in a timely manner in the HRIS and relevant payroll systems.
