The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage the integrity of our labor data and serve as the primary Point Person for Compensation and Benefits (CompBen). Since we utilize Remote as our payroll platform, this role focuses on the comprehensive auditing of time records and benefit administration. You will be the go-to expert for employees regarding their total rewards, ensuring that all hours, leaves, and HMO enrollments are processed with 100% accuracy.
