POSITION SUMMARY

The Accounting and Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, filing payroll-related tax returns, and supporting payroll-related month-end close activities. This role partners closely with multiple departments, including Human Resources and Hospitality operations, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Process bi-weekly payroll.

Prepare and maintain payroll records by compiling payroll and benefits data from source documents.

Input data into the payroll system, verify accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile system output.

Prepare and submit all required payroll tax returns and payments.
