Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience using
UKG / Pay Pro
. This role is responsible for accurate payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, and maintaining clean payroll records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in structured payroll systems.

This is a hands-on payroll role focused on accuracy, compliance, and consistency. It is not an HR generalist or managerial position.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule using
  UKG / Pay Pro
• Monitoring the Payroll Inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner.
• Review timekeeping data, pay rates, deductions, and payroll adjustments
• Ensure employees are paid correctly, on time, and without errors
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or inconsistencies
