For our subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City, we are searching for a new team member as Payroll Specialist (m/f/x).
Your Tasks
Process and ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees, including computation of salaries, deductions, and benefits
Handle statutory compliance and reporting for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, including preparation of government-mandated reports
Maintain and update payroll and employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and final pay processing
Prepare payroll summaries and reports for HR and Finance, and support audits and reconciliations
