Summary of This Role

Detail‑oriented and experienced talent to support the payroll processes across multiple locations in APAC. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, prepare essential reports, and contribute to the overall efficiency of payroll operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant payroll experience
• Willing to work onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
• Can start immediately
• Availability to work early morning and, if required, night shift schedules

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for employees in the Asia‑Pacific region, with a focus on Southeast Asia;
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic payroll reports and consolidate data as needed; update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure compliance;
