Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• End to End process of Payroll, and timekeeping.
• Responsible for acknowledging and addressing all employees' concerns and questions about government contributions, benefits, and loans via email and other company-authorized platforms.
• Experience processing and posting monthly Mandatory contributions such as SSS Contributions, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
• Experience in processing loans in SSS, PAGIBIG.
• Process end-to-end payroll including manual and system-based last pay computation.
• Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, inputting, and calculating data.
• Answer employee questions about salaries, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Receive and coordinate requests for leave and other absences. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records. Upload salaries through bank converter.
