Payroll Specialist (PHL)About the Role:

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the PsychPlus team. This is a full-time role based in the Philippines (PHL), supporting a U.S.-based healthcare organization.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll policies and regulations. You will work closely with HR and Finance teams to manage payroll data, address inquiries, and support smooth payroll operations with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Shift:

Monday to Friday, 10 PM – 7 AM Philippine Time (equivalent to 9 AM – 6 PM CST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time using payroll systems
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations
