We are an outsourcing services provider supporting multiple clients across different industries. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Clerk to support payroll operations on a remote, flexible basis. Job Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and on time for assigned client companies Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information and salary adjustments Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements (e.g. CPF contributions, tax reporting where applicable) Verify timesheets, attendance records, and payroll data Handle payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner Generate payroll reports for internal and client use Support onboarding of additional payroll accounts when required Job Requirements
