About the role

Grandline Buildia Services OPC' is seeking an experienced Payroll Staff to join our dynamic team in our office located in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position within our company's payroll department, catering specifically to the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for construction site workers and administrative staff
2. Maintaining detailed payroll records and documentation
3. Calculating and processing deductions, contributions, and other payroll-related adjustments
4. Preparing and submitting regulatory reports and filings
5. Providing payroll support and information to employees
6. Collaborating with the HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
7. Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and policies
