Payroll Staff

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll of truck crew (drivers, helpers, and related field staff)
• Compute wages based on approved trip tickets, attendance, overtime, allowances, and incentives
• Verify trip records, delivery logs, and timekeeping documents before payroll computation
• Deduct authorized items such as cash advances, penalties, absences, and government contributions (if applicable)
• Prepare weekly payroll summaries, payslips, and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and HR regarding trip validation and attendance concerns
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly
• Maintain updated payroll records and files for all truck crew
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll and compensation information
