Payroll Supervisor

What's the role about?

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of the UK and International pay function at Reiss. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant delivery of pay services, while helping to drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.

This role is responsible for the ownership of the UK Retail pay cycle and supporting international operations, working closely with Finance, People, Retail Operations, and third-party providers to deliver high-quality, compliant pay services across multiple locations.

Who you are

Proven experience processing UK Retail payroll, ideally within a multi-site environment of similar scale.
Experience supporting international payrolls and working with third-party providers to agreed SLAs.
