Payroll Supervisor

The Payroll Supervisor will oversee the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely preparation. oversees the daily operations of the payroll department, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payment of employees. Key duties include managing payroll staff, auditing payroll data, ensuring compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reviews and approves updates to payroll records, ensuring accuracy in deductions, allowances and salary.
• Generates and analyzes payroll reports
• Safeguards the confidentiality of payroll data.
• Preparing payroll registers, payslips and other payroll-related documents
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and company policies
• Responds to employee questions and inquiries about compensation, benefits, taxes, and other deduction
