Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting a Payroll Supervisor for our client in the East of Johannesburg.

• Minimum 6 years of full payroll function, including reconciliations and Journals
  
• At least 3 years of experience supervising a minimum of 2 Payroll Administrators on the Sage 300 system
  
• Experience supervising across more than one Payroll database of +-1500 preferably in Mining or Construction environment
  
• Experience in implementing payroll processes effectively
  
• Excellent knowledge of POPIA, BCEA, Severance, COIDA, and Tax Statutory Laws
  

Requirements

• Grade 12
  
• Minimum National Diploma -Payroll Administration NQF 5
  
• Registration with the South African Payroll Association is advantageous
