Your main responsibilities

+ Responsible for the day-to-day Supervision, organization and task management of Payroll Administrators assigned to complete the Union, NonUnion, Salaried and Hourly Payroll, as well as the Sr. Payroll Coordinator in the review and execution of payroll processing and administration via ADP GlobalView and SAP systems.

+ In this role, the Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Payroll Administrators & Coordinators are appropriately reviewing and resolving applicable Payroll inquiries, questions and concerns via the ESM ticketing tool, with a high level of accuracy and customer service orientation; in-line with pre-determined SLAs. Track and report payroll metrics.

+ Provide system and data support in analyzing payroll data. Generate, review and summarize complex payroll reports asneeded.
