• Excellent understanding of payroll principles and systems (ADP GV).
• Located in Mexico - Guadalajara. Experienced in payroll USA.
• Knowledge of time tracking systems (Workday).
• Mailbox monitoring.
• Monitor Payroll Cycles.
• Answer tickets on customer response center and attend escalations.
• Excellent collaboration & teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in automations.
• English Proficiency.
• Excel - Advanced.
• Power BI.
• Analytics skills.

• 2+ years of project management.
• 2+ years' experience in Payroll.

$23,000 Pesos per month. Temporary position for 1 year.

Full-time, Temporary (Contract length: 12 months).
