We are seeking a data‑driven Payroll Systems Operations Analyst to support payroll operations and ensure payment timeliness and accuracy. This role focuses on monitoring payroll interface jobs, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating with support teams to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the support team to ensure payroll/payment accuracy and timeliness.
Execute and monitor payroll interface jobs until successful completion.
Perform payment and payroll checks using audit/compliance tools and follow through with data rectification.
Support users in data profiling for payroll‑related issues and assist with pay discrepancies.
Investigate master data discrepancies using SAP queries or SQL.
Track and resolve outstanding master data errors before payroll runs.
Manage payroll calendars, including batch jobs, ad‑hoc jobs, and payment cut‑off dates.
