Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Systems Tester / QA Specialist to join our team and help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of our payroll systems for both UK and US operations. The ideal candidate has QA/testing experience combined with a solid understanding of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform functional testing of payroll systems to ensure they meet system specifications.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm no defects are introduced from changes in the system.
• Create, prioritize, and execute test cases using industry best practices.
