Payroll Team Leader

This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, steady the team quickly, and bring strong payroll and leadership expertise into a busy environment.

The Role

• Manage and deliver all BAU payroll operations across fortnightly and monthly cycles.
• Support a team of four payroll officers, ensuring clarity, capability and performance.
• Strengthen payroll controls, compliance frameworks and accuracy standards.
• Work closely with payroll manager and senior stakeholders maintaining open and transparent communication.
• Support the broader transformation work by keeping BAU stable and efficient.
