Role Summary

The WFS Tester supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for workforce timekeeping solutions, specifically ADP Workforce Software (WFS) and/or Kronos timekeeping systems. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, responsible for validating system functionality against business requirements and determining test case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute UAT test cases for ADP Workforce Software (WFS) and/or Kronos timekeeping systems
• Validate timekeeping configurations, rules, and workflows
• Assess whether test scenarios meet acceptance criteria (pass/fail determination)
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Analyze system outputs against expected results
• Collaborate with functional SMEs, payroll teams, and technical resources
• Support test data preparation and environment readiness
