PBT Account Mnanager

Requirements(3-5 must haves)

• Minimum 7+ years direct account sales background for Pharma-Biotech-Traditional Chemistry industry (not agent sales)

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biotechnology, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong B2B solution value-based sales experience – data & analytics, consulting or any other solution sales experience

• Communicate powerfully and confidently with the customer, manager and the colleagues and being a team player who can maximize the revenue by collaborating with others

• Being innovative to find the best sales approach for both customers and the company without fear to question status quo

• Able to identify the opportunity by asking questions based on the curiosity and being agile to address to that

• Business level English

• Able to think and review the business from others (customer, colleagues, product people) view
