Your responsibilities Developing and implementing changemanagement strategies to support organizational transformation in alignment with the Transformation department
Designing and supporting the execution of cultural transformation programs to enhance employee engagement and motivation, e.g., leadership development, employee experience, and values integration
Ensuring smooth collaboration between P&C Centers of Excellence and GO&DS
Driving performance within P&C, e.g., through lessons learned and the establishment of platforms/initiatives
Monitoring relevant KPIs (e.g., eNPS) and deriving actionable recommendations
Supporting the development and implementation of the P&C strategy in alignment with the overall corporate and segment strategy
Developing and establishing a highperforming team culture within PD
