Our key tasks as P&C Business Partners in Vestas are to work closely with business leaders in reaching their goals and formulating effective strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. You will be part of an engaged team of P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in Philippine and Global Business Shared Service Center at Vestas.
Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas Business Leaders in Digital Solutions, Procurement, Supply Chain and P&C Operations and your daily scope of work will be a regional matrix organization with a direct line to the P&C organization and close working relationship with the Business.
