Pay: $40-$45 p/h

A leading aged care provider is seeking a People & Capabilities Generalist for an ongoing temporary assignment based in Subiaco. This is a hands-on role supporting employee relations, HR administration, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
• HRIS and employee records management
• Compliance checks (work rights, police, vaccinations, training)
• First-level advice on performance, grievances, and policy interpretation

About the Candidate

• 2–3 years’ HR / P&C experience
• HR, Business, or related qualification
• Knowledge of Fair Work (Aged Care Award desirable)
