About the role

As a Duck Creek Delivery Lead, you will shape the target‑state architecture and delivery roadmap across Policy, Billing, Claims, and DCEX, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Underwriting, Product, Claims, and Finance and lead a high‑performing team to deliver scalable, compliant, and modern P&C platform solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Define the Duck Creek target‑state architecture and roadmap (Policy, Billing, Claims, DCEX), including platform strategy (OnDemand vs. On‑Prem), upgrade cadence, and configuration vs. customization guardrails; lead modernization initiatives such as legacy migration, rules harmonization, and automation.
