PC Management Lead

The PC Management Lead oversees end-to-end PC lifecycle operations under IT BAR Services, ensuring standardized delivery, inventory accuracy, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement in accordance with the approved SOW.
Lead handling of hardware new/replacement requests and availment for standard, non-standard PCs, and mobile devices
Oversee PC inventory management, including deliveries, staging, deployment, gatepass, and DTD creation
Manage non-standard laptop staging, troubleshooting, and vendor endorsement reporting
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding device requests, including clearance computation and asset uploading
Ensure Stores asset inventory is accurately managed for new and replacement requests
Govern software license requests and deployment, including specialized software (e.g., Adobe, Office for Mac)
Ensure all device services are logged and managed through ServiceNow
Monitor SLAs for walk-in and remote PC support
