We are seeking a dedicated P&C Regional Portfolio Underwriting Director.

We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position must be based in our San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Colorado Springs, CO; Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL offices. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What you'll do:

The P&C Regional Portfolio Underwriting Director is responsible for driving underwriting strategy, portfolio performance, and risk selection across assigned geographic regions.
