Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - 
Plan and execute SMT production as per daily/shift targets and schedule
Supervise line activities including printing, pick & place, and reflow process
Ensure proper manpower allocation and line balancing for efficiency
Monitor machine performance and coordinate for quick issue resolution
Ensure correct feeder setup, program verification, and first article approval
Track production output, downtime, and achieve KPIs like FPY and OEE
Maintain quality by controlling defects such as solder issues, misplacement, tombstoning
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to ESD, safety, and process discipline on shop floor
Support quick changeover and minimize line stoppage time
Train and guide operators for process improvement and skill development
Maintain production reports, shift logs, and traceability records
