PCBA Quality Assurance

Role And Responsibilities
Perform visual and automated inspections of PCBs for defects, including soldering quality, alignment, and component placement.
Use microscopes, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), X-ray, and other testing equipment to verify PCB quality.
Conduct electrical testing, including continuity, resistance, and functional testing, to ensure circuit integrity.
Identify and document non-conformances, deviations, or defects in PCBs and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
Maintain and update inspection reports, test logs, and quality control documentation.
Follow IPC standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610) and ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot defects and improve manufacturing processes.
Ensure proper handling and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection during inspection and testing procedures.
