Megacity Builders and Merchants Inc., formerly MBMI Builders and Supply, is seeking a detail-oriented PCF Custodian to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's Petty Cash Fund (PCF), ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Petty Cash Fund, including disbursements, reimbursements, and proper documentation
• Ensure all PCF transactions are properly approved and supported with complete documents
• Perform regular reconciliation of the Petty Cash Fund to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Maintain detailed and organized records and reports of all PCF transactions
• Encode PCF transactions in QuickBooks Accounting System
